About Us

  The eCycleRegistration website was developed by the Electronics Recycling Coordination Clearinghouse (ERCC) to provide a central location for manufacturers to register their brands and complete annual state registration forms under several state electronics recycling laws. It also enables the state agency representatives to log-in, view and accept submitted manufacturer registrations. The goal of the eCycleRegistration system is to simplify the registration process for manufacturers and give them one central place to view registration requirements under state electronics recycling laws. The system also helps to simplify the process for state agency representatives responsible by consolidating elements on multiple state registration forms, thus decreasing the time and effort on the part of each state to track down the appropriate manufacturer contact.

Oregon

This site is affiliated with Oregon E-cycles, a program created by Oregon's electronics recycling law and financed by electronics manufacturers that provides free recycling of computers (desktops, laptops and tablets), monitors, TVs, keyboards, mice, and printers to households, small businesses and nonprofits, and anyone with seven or fewer items to recycle at a time. The Oregon State Contractor Program is managed by the National Center for Electronics Recycling (NCER).

Vermont

The Vermont State E-Cycles Program provides free drop-off and recycling of computers, monitors, televisions, printers, and computer peripherals (e.g., mouse, keyboard, scanner) from Vermont Households, 501c3 Charities, School Districts and Small Businesses with 10 or fewer employees at year-round collection sites statewide.

ERCC

The Electronics Recycling Coordination Clearinghouse (ERCC) is a forum for coordination and information exchange among the state agencies that are implementing electronics recycling laws.

e-cycle Compliance Calendar

ERCC's Compliance Calendar arose from member discussions around the need for a one-stop location for stakeholders to view requirements across the state electronics recycling laws.

NCER

The National Center for Electronics Recycling (NCER) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization formed in 2005 that is dedicated to the development and enhancement of a national infrastructure for the recycling of used electronics in the U.S.
